Dear Recipient,

We're well aware that our invoicing historically hasn't been the best. Our focus has always been on "the work" with accounts taking a distant second place. Unfortunately this has meant that at times our invoicing regularity has been - quite frankly - abysmal. If you've been frustrated with indie.web's slow invoicing in the past, we apologise.

New Blood

In April this year Alice Dignam joined us as a dedicated part-time accounts team member. She immediately saw what needed to change and has been implementing new systems to ensure we don't suffer from the issues we have in the past.

What About the BC EOL?

In our May email newsletter we explained BC's EOL (End of Life) announcement, the implications for our clients and what we are doing about it.

We have investigated a large number of CMS platforms and have discarded many as potential alternatives due to a number of requirements we consider non-negotiable including:

• Security
• Extensible Functionality
• Ease-of-use

We have narrowed down our list of options and expect to making some recommendations in due course. If you're interested in reading more, see our recent article, Business Catalyst EOL Update.
