Dear Recipient,

First and foremost we would like to thank you for your continued support as an indie.web customer. Even if you haven't yet required our services, your website exists under our Adobe Business Catalyst (BC) Partner Account, and we look forward to working for you in the future should the need arise.

When indie.web took over the management of Twiik's BC websites in 2012, we kept all Twiik clients on their existing hourly rate of $85/hr + GST. Since then we have acquired a large number of new clients, all of whom have been put on our standard hourly rate of $95/hr + GST.

A lot has changed since 2012 and we have decided it is time for us to consolidate our hourly rate in aid of efficiency (keeping track of multiple billing rates requires more admin) and in keeping with inflation.

But as a gesture of appreciation...

* "Commission us to undertake before 31 March, 2017" means that you make the request prior to 31 March, 2017. Once the request for our services has been made, the project will be "locked in" at the old rate of $85/hr + GST. This rate will expire on 31 March, 2018 if you do not give us permission to being work before 31 March, 2018.
